Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

High-volume periods may extend processing times by an additional 1–2 days.

International Shipping

  • We ship to most countries worldwide.

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier information

  • Link to track your package

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.


4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
If the package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

…the customer is responsible for:

  • Reshipping costs
    OR

  • A refund minus the original shipping fee.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are:

  • Marked as “delivered” but not received

  • Lost by the carrier

  • Delayed due to weather, customs, or carrier issues

However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.


6. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include photos of the packaging and item.

We will help arrange a replacement or refund depending on the case.


7. Pre-Orders & Backorders

Pre-order or backordered items will ship as soon as they are restocked.
Estimated shipping dates will be provided on the product page.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately.


8. Changes to Your Order

If you need to make changes to your order (address updates, item changes), please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
After processing begins, changes may not be possible.
