Refunds & Returns

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.
If 15 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund, return, or exchange.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will send a replacement or provide a refund at no cost to you.

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:

Exchanges are subject to the same 15-day return window.
