At Flicktory, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer a 7-day return policy under the terms outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personal care or hygiene products (if applicable)

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include the following details:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Flicktory is not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check with your bank or credit card company
  • Processing times may vary
